as well as UNITED STATES CONSTRUCTION, INC (A
full-service general contractor and associate
company) are located in the Mission offices building.
A full-time property manager is available from
8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. The phones
are answered 24 hours a day.
The offices listed below are located in the center
of Mission, KS, ½ block north of Johnson
Drive and 1 block east of Lamar. Access to I-35,
both north and south is located just 5 minutes

There is adequate parking with over 40 marked parking
spaces. The lot is smooth and well-lighted.
The interior of the building has been updated.
Heat and Air
The systems are maintained by the lessor. In 2013, a new state-of-the-art heating system installed.
Men's and Women's rest rooms are located on each
floor and are maintained by our maintenance staff.

The maintenance staff performs their duties on the
property 2 days a week after hours. This includes
vacuuming each office, the hallways, and emptying
waste baskets (Nothing on your desks will be touched).
The price of the spaces include all utilities.
An on-site dumpster is available for tenant use at no charge.
The lease is a full maintenance lease. A minimum
of (1) year lease is required, with an amount that
is equal to (1) month's rent required as a security
Access by tenants only is allowed 24 hours a day,
seven days a week.
A push button locking
system has been installed on both front and back
door. The doors are unlocked
at 9 a.m. and locked at 4:30 p.m. Monday through
Friday. The building is locked on weekends.
