The corporate offices for U.S. PROPERTIES, INC, as well as UNITED STATES CONSTRUCTION, INC (A full-service general contractor and associate company) are located in the Mission offices building. A full-time property manager is available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays.  The phones are answered 24 hours a day.

Location
The offices listed below are located in the center of Mission, KS, ½ block north of Johnson Drive and 1 block east of Lamar. Access to I-35, both north and south is located just 5 minutes north on Lamar at 48th street. View map of location

Exterior
The exterior of the building has recently been coated with an elastomeric coating system.

Parking
There is adequate parking with over 40 marked parking spaces. The lot is smooth and well-lighted.

Interior
The interior of the building has been updated and the offices listed below for lease have been painted.  New carpet and base have also been installed.

Heat and Air Conditioning System
The systems are maintained by the lessor. This year a new state-of-the-art air conditioning system was installed and the heating system was rebuilt.

Rest Rooms
Men's and Women's rest rooms are located on each floor and are maintained by our maintenance staff.

Interior Maintenance
(at no cost to the lessee)
The maintenance staff performs their duties on the property 3 days a week after hours. This includes vacuuming each office, the hallways, and emptying waste baskets (Nothing on your desks will be touched).

Utilities
The price of the spaces include all utilities.

Lease & Security Deposit
The lease is a full maintenance lease. A minimum of (1) year lease is required, with an amount that is equal to (1) month's rent required as a security deposit.

Access to Building
Access by tenants only is allowed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

A new digital push button locking system has been installed on both front & back door. Both front & back doors are unlocked @ 7:45 a.m. & locked @ 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. The building is locked on weekends.

The offices may be viewed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each weekday, with appointments available for other other times.
